Hey when you’re hankering for a snack, instead of reaching for a bag of chips or a donut, try a peanut butter sandwich with two or three thin lines of raw honey on top, squish it together so the sweet goodness doesn’t drip all over you and enjoy. I sometimes like to add sliced apples, a bit of cinnamon and several raisins on my pb sandwich and don’t forget the yogurt! Mmmmmm good! Maybe it’ll help ya with some of y’alls mental issues!
