if you look close. you will find the majority of black women, were raised without a father. Or a Dad that was very absent and neglectful. I think the facts are. When they cry “Racism” it might be more of the inner little girl wanting a dad to care. Sometimes that translates into them wanting someone to care. They feel very alone and invisible. Especially if they are sick.

If you think about it. What is something EVERY child needs when sick? a papa. we need our Dads to love us and NURTURE us back to health.

I think most men in positions of power. (white?) need to be made aware of this. Try to show you care..and NURTURE your subordinates, when they are sick. Deep down inside you represent a father figure to the women be them black or white.

So just wanted to point out a few little insights i gleaned today.
