I’m at the airport waiting for a flight and it’s just remarkable how stupid and simple most people from America are. Like when their phone rings and they’re sitting next to people left and right and they answer the phone in a really loud voice with no consideration for the people around them. And how many people have slack jaws, staggering around, unaware of anything. And they also dump ten pounds of sugar on any interaction, as if a big smile and “It’s all good!” and “no worries!” has any relation to anything. I wish I was really really wealthy – I would never take a commercial plane again, just to get away from the loud and the ignorant who probably had equally ignorant and simple parents and grandparents.
