I work in an office full of guys (and only two girls myself included)
Two guys are 25+ and i cant understand their weird relationship.(they are both straight). If guy one says “jump” , guy 2 asks “how high?”. He wont do anything different than guy 1 and always backs him up with anything he says. Its like guy 1 is alpha and guy 2 is beta. Guy 2 wont go out to eat if guy 1 doesnt want to. He doesnt go to the store if guy 1 doesnt want to, and he is always laughing at his jokes. It annoys me so g******* much!!! Wtf dude have a backbone. I cant even talk to him when his alpha is around because he is always mean and makes horrible jokes to impress the other guy. I am so confused because i havent seen this behavior in boys past 13.

Neither honestly. Beta though, when I can talk to him without alpha around can be very nice and calm and we have a few common interests (like music and computer games). I guess I wish he would just be himself more often because he’s really fun to talk to I always enjoy our talks at lunch time (when he eats lunch with the rest of us because the alpha is not around)
