What you said there about cats and rats (which are completely different animals and henceforth have very different diets) do not love ‘fleshy’ parts like noses and eyes; in fact, the nose isn’t fleshy at all, it’s majorly composed of cartilage. As for eyes: they aren’t that nutritious, carnivorous species very rarely go for the eyes.
