I never confessed, called me and told me later that night. He must have known, seen me in the parking lot or though the hole.
We haven’t talked since I left the day after Christmas. We’ve texted some though. He calls me, I just let it go to voicemail. I’ve passed message though his wife and my daughter.
I’m still not sure how to address it, because there is a lot to say. Mostly, I’m concerned for him and his health and safety, and of my grandchild.
