I was roller skating a few years ago when a girl stepped into my path, and while trying to get out of her way to avoid running into her, a wheel got stuck in a crack causing a spiral fracture in three different places in lower leg. I remember the look of horror on her face when I fell and cried out and how her horror grew when I calmly asked someone to call an ambulance because I had just broken my leg and needed to get to a hospital. ( I was super calm when it happened but I think I was just in shock). I lost track of her after that because I was busy trying to straighten my leg for some reason. But anyways, I think about that girl sometimes and hope i didn’t traumatize her or anything like that. She looked so distraught and I just wanted to say if she’s out there , I don’t blame her or anything, It was just one of those freak accidents. And I hope you’re okay? You looked really upset…..
