If there are an infinite number of universes which means every eventuality is possible, then technically speaking, we are everything and nothing all at once. You are every s********, every gender, every animal, everything. And yet you are also nothing since there are universes in which we don’t exist . You just happen to be in this one as yourself, but simultaneously in identical universes you are everything, essentially you are one small part of a being who exists as all.

…no, because there’s a universe in which every other person is the exact same. multiverse theory is that everything you can imagine is a thing in another universe. there’s another universe with one less fly. etc.
