Every now and then I get this strong feeling of lust. I don’t know what to do with it because I am young ( sophomore in high school) and I cannot date till senior year. There’s nothing wrong with being sexually active. It does not make you a “whore.” Those feelings are very normal at your age. I am assuming your female, because parents usually unfairly do not let girls date until a “certain age,” (which is both sexist and is bullshit). Masturbation is great because then you can figure out what gets you hot and will give you an orgasm. At least you recognize that your feelings are lustful, and are not “love.” That’s very important; being able to distinguish between love and lust. Many people often mix the two up. There’s nothing wrong with acting on your feelings if you meet someone your hot for. To be intimate with them is a personal choice; it’s yours exclusively. Always own your sexuality, and never make apologies for it; especially if your female. We’re socialized to feel “guilt” over our decision to be sexual, and it’s just wrong.
