I have been somewhat a unique kid being a 16 yo kid I have developed quite some skills in security research and hacking .. being a malware dev i feel good but the education system in our country will compel you to feel reluctantly guilty about your skills and passion .. The system where degrees matter otherwise you are termed as a social outcast I am not a bad student i have been a decent scorer throughout my school life .. I am in my last high school year now and I now feel like i dedicated all my childhood to computers its cool but there’s a certain feeling that i have not enjoyed my childhood like other kids .. teenage fun / love and stuff .. But i hope i would not regret my decisions later

I’ve been through something similar, for me I’ve been doing game design since 12 and missed out on a childhood, having anxiety and depression my parents just ignored and made worse by doing drugs and fighting. I’m 20 now and hope to be going to college for 3d modeling/game design, I have no fucking clue how it’ll end but I hope good, for both of us. The education system fails too many of us
