Ive been really depressed for the past few years and I feel so tired all the time. I had a rough childhood full of bullying,abuse and neglect from parents,rape,assault and the list can go on..Ive struggled with anorexia and mild OCD for a few years now. Ive been getting the support and help for a few months now, Im wondering do you have any recomendations for anything that you know can help? Sorry for the mistakes autofill and autocorrect have ganged up on me.

  • You are who you pretend to be and how other people see you and decide how they will interact with you, or perhaps not.
    Change the picture of what people see, to be someone else where people don’t know you from your past and make the changes in life which move you from being negative to a positive person with charisma – after all, it is just an act in life like everything else, except when you get into the habit of being the positive person who you pretend to be, that person will slowly become you and you can make further refinments as you go along, until the owrld is your oyster and you are there to enjoy it.
    Anorexia as in skinny – yum!!

  • for me watching shows with comedy helps. it’s a good distraction. video games also help.
