I am afraid of growing up. I am afraid of becoming an adult. I am afraid of getting a disease. I am afraid of death. I am afraid of losing people close to me. It gives me too much anxiety. I don’t know how to overcome these fears.

You’re overthinking too much. Don’t do that. It’s not good for you and your health.
Try to develop a positive outlook/positive thinking into your life. It’s never too late. You don’t want to miss out on the good things in life. Better to create meaningful/fun memories than to not create memories.
