This isn’t a confession, but a tribute. Kobe Bryant was a legend. I wasn’t even a Lakers fan, but I grew up watching him and all of his controversies. I respected his game. And I even found myself yelling “Kobeee” whenever I threw something into the trash. He was a generational talent and one of the best to ever wield a basketball. But Kobe wasn’t just a star basketball player, He was an idol, and inspiration, a Role model, a husband and a father. He was magnifying across the board. And my heart goes out to his family. My heart goes out to everyone who has felt like life just dealt them a gut punch. Rip Kobe “The Black Mamba” Bryant.
