I have turrets and if I ever am reminded of anime or of nikos I will be triggered to say “nya” over and over and sometimes I will accidentally say nya in response to somebody when I mean yes, how do I make my suffering stop

You may have ADHD or OCD or if not the full blown disorder, a sub clinical version of it. It may be tied up to your depression, traumatic experiences that affected your brain development in childhood or something.
