I got laid off in September and I haven’t been able to find. I’ve been looking and looking and I feel so helpless. I’ve gone to classes, I’ve tried a staffing agency, networking, I am unhireable. I am scared as f*** that I’ll never recover from this. It keeps me up at night. I hate this.

Perhaps if you don’t try to get work in a specific industry, but be prepared to work in other industries, you might find work and then look around for work in the industry you are most comfortable in.
