Some time in the middle of last year I stole something from a large store. I got caught and had to sign a contract that I wouldn’t go there for the next two years.
I have felt guilty about it ever since. Even when I have never told people, I feel them silently judging me. I have had that feeling only after the event. Each time I remember it I feel something close to a physical pain.
I want it to stop.
