I applied for an internal job promotion and didn’t get it. It seems people don’t care for passion or hard workers. They only hire you if you’re one of their “favourites”. I feel like crap and want to cry. Today I just didn’t care about work and feel like I’m heading down depression lane. I loved this job but now I just want to leave. I’ve never been chosen for management even though I’m always the hardest and most honest worker who actually takes the time to know everything about the company product. I hate this
