  • Dear woman. Life is not that hard, you just go to take small steps 1 by 1

1)i don’t get it. Are you fat or skinny? Is your family crazy to call you fat whereas you are indeed crazy or are you crazy to pretend you starve yourself when in reality you are fat. You know the answer yourself according to your height and weight

    2) If you are skinny : eat more and don’t forget to exercice.
If you are fat : stop glucose and don’t forget to exercice.

3)Not a single problem has been solved by cutting oneself. Ever. I strongly advise you to stop doing it. If you did it with the same knife, i also strongly advise you to throw away that knife.

As a final conclusion, i would advise you to work/relax/travel/meet people you like/better yourself. Be happy

  • No need to starve.
If you are consuming too many calories then easily reduce calories by avoiding all
processed foods. Processed foods are the foods that come in a can, box, bag, etc. that have been altered from their fresh and natural state.
Instead eat fresh foods from the produce isle. These are fruits and vegetables which are in their natural state and not yet processed. Fruits and vegetables provide more bulk and nutrition but lower calories.
SLOWLY introduce more fresh foods from the produce isle into your diet. Do this slowly so as to avoid becoming ill from a “sudden” change from processed foods to natural foods. The body does not do well with abrupt and sudden changes.

  • Cutting won’t help much but maybe look into fasting if your into starving. It’s still sort of starving yourself buuut it’s controlled and with a purpose. Maximum 3 days for the max benefits(what once every two months?). I’m not a doctor so don’t take my word for it, just do you own research and see what would work best for you. Intermittent fasting can be good too, but you will lose both muscle and fat. Again just do your research. And this is really sounding more like a mind issue as well.. Take some time to look out and care for yourself, put time to one of your hobbies, exercise for 10 mins, do something that makes you feel good that is not self destructive, heck just make your bed in the mornings, anything to better yourself regularly. Starting healthy habits is not easy, but it’s well worth it in the long run. Best of luck to you <3
