I hate my body. I feel so fat. I’ve cut down to one meal a day and running at least three miles after work. I can start feeling the outline of my ribs but all I can look at is the fat on my stomach and sides. No matter what I do, I’ll always be fat. They were right about me and my disgusting body.

  • I’m 5’7 and my current weight is 209.2 lb
    My highest was 222.lb So don’t feel bad your not alone let’s keep working hard to get to a healthier weight. 🙂

  • If someone paid you thousands of dollars, would you start adding 5,000 calories a day and get REALLY fat on camera? I mean, as long as you’re already fat. I know a cam girl who bought a house after gaining 100 pounds and people kept sending her money, the fatter she got, the more money she made.
