I hate my body. I feel so fat. I’ve cut down to one meal a day and running at least three miles after work. I can start feeling the outline of my ribs but all I can look at is the fat on my stomach and sides. No matter what I do, I’ll always be fat. They were right about me and my disgusting body.

Keep it up, it takes time. You didn’t get the way you are overnight, and you won’t lose it in a short time either. Don’t give up!

I’m 5’7 and my current weight is 209.2 lb
My highest was 222.lb So don’t feel bad your not alone let’s keep working hard to get to a healthier weight. 🙂
What a waste of your life…
If someone paid you thousands of dollars, would you start adding 5,000 calories a day and get REALLY fat on camera? I mean, as long as you’re already fat. I know a cam girl who bought a house after gaining 100 pounds and people kept sending her money, the fatter she got, the more money she made.
