He was protected by Dr Jack Michel, the owner of Larkin Hospital, the owner of the nursing home where a dozen+ patients died following a hurricane in 2017, who was also our landlord. My housing was through Larkin Hospitals behavioral health treatment programs(yes we paid rent).
