Just when I thought I won’t die alone after I met this guy on this dating app. So, we started talking on 12th January. He was nice, he was pretty good looking too, just a three years older than me. We had a nice conversation about our daily life, even exchanged selfie together. Then, today, he asked me if I want to go have a dinner with him soon. I said, sure, because why not? He got excited and planned it out where to meet, but at the end of the conversation, I told him I might can’t have a dinner with him if I have a lot of assignments to do (I’m an university student, same goes to him). He went all “Oh, ok. Tell me if you can’t.” His replies seemed so cold after that and I felt bad. I apologised to him and told him that I would try my best to be there. He seen, ignore me and even blocked me after that. It so sad, but why am I so heartbroken over this? I guess it’s because it’s my first time having a guy’s attention like this. I never date anyone my whole life, so I was happy when he seemed to be interested in me. I guess it’s my fate to be alone until I die.
