English is my native language and I hate speaking it
It’s inefficient and prone to misunderstandings
Nearly everytime I bother with conversing using it I end up in an argument with someone
I hate it
And what’s worse is that it’s becoming the world’s language
More and more countries are picking it up as a mandatory second language
Maybe this is why America is so fucked up
No one can understand each other

If you’re in America you’re not speaking English. You’re speaking American, which is closely related to English but gets many things wrong. Luckily most European and African countries teach proper English.
I’m from northern Ireland and have been to most of the English speaking places in Europe
.
Nowhere has “proper English” because English is fucked fundamentally
.
That goes for a lot of European languages too since they’re just English with a different vocabulary
.
Also why is America bad with English?
.
Is it because they say trashcan instead of bin?
.
Or road instead of pavement?
.
I’ve lived here in LA for three years now and have yet to notice anything besides “americanisms” like the ones I mentioned above
European languages are English with different vocab? You haven’t they first idea about languages if you’re saying that with a straight face. English is mostly Norman French with smatterings of Germanic.
English is my native language as well. I understand clearly that you are a jerk and have poor communication skills.
