Your nerves do not give you the right to treat others unkindly. Tell them you’re sorry rather than expecting them to read your mind. Do it today!
You pray for forgiveness almost everyday for something. Get something to help with your anxiety from your family doctor. In the meantime, drink yourself into oblivion so you don’t abuse anyone but yourself.
