When night-time comes around, I always feel depressed for no particular reason.

  • Google SAD lamps or light boxes. Some natural light in your room would probably help.

  • same. it gets worse at night for me too.
    there’s a condition where ppl get depressed in a certain season like winter for example. maybe there’s a day/night thing too.
    i just tough it out when it happens.
