I lost a very good friend of mine the other night. This person was an accomplished musician, never had a big hit or anything but released almost 30 albums to his career and traveled the world several times over, died while on tour in Germany actually. Not from drugs or anything stupid but a heart attack due to lack of oxygen on the stage. I had been a fan of his music long before I ever met him, and for whatever reason we just hit it off very well and connected to where I went out to the band’s hometown one time for a long weekend of just hanging out, and whenever the band came through the area my band would be the opening act. He inspired my life in so many ways and I wish I could’ve told him that. I regret the times I didn’t/couldn’t go, and I wish so so badly I had stayed in contact more. I’ll never ever forget you, I will carry on in your honor til the end of my own days, up the hammers, R.I.P.
