My partner has a mood once a week where (if we are fighting) he questions our entire relationship and says to me that he only sees negative things in me. That he doesn’t like me etc. I treat him like the love of my life. I’m loyal and i’m sweet as hell. This is how i get treated? I tell him i love him everyday and still he manipulates me like this. Saying that if he told his friends about our fights they would tell him to break up with me.
He’s always “right”. I can’t change his mind when i know he’s wrong. When i prove he’s wrong in a normal way he says “whatever” and walks away.
I can’t deal with it anymore. I’m broken. But i love him so much and i can’t leave him

Dump him, he’s not worth it
The fact that you are fighting with him once a week tells me that something is wrong. A healthy relationship doesn’t include fighting on a regular basis.
