Sometimes I think about my life and it just brings me down. I feel like I’m in a constant fight with myself and ending it feels like the easiest solution to my problems. Maybe if I arrange a date to end my life then I can’t turn back.

  • I thought about ending my life, too, but things have a way of getting better if you talk them out with a therapist and/or people close to you. You may be just remembering things from your past that have gotten you down and your present is perfectly fine. If you feel like you need to talk to a therapist, maybe you should. Being alone with yourself doesn’t have to mean loneliness either. We have been taught the wrong things like being pretty and popular is the most important thing in your life when true friendship is about trust, loyalty, and honesty. If your friends are fake, then they aren’t really your friends. Or if you’ve been abused in the past maybe you need to talk to someone about it. Things like that can cause anxiety and even depression and sometimes medication can help get you back on track. Good luck!
