Have you ever thought you had something good going with someone and watch them actively ghost you like whatever you had meant absolutely nothing..
All the secrets, passing moments, hand holding, kissing, closeness, and intimacy.. Nothing.
This man has made me feel really small, and insignificant.

Hats off to him, he wins, I didn’t see this coming. Well played.

  • You mean abandon*. I am sick of people parroting mangled English. ‘ghost’ this, ‘live pic’ that, ‘even’, ‘literally’, ‘chill’. Filthy.

  • Yep. Maybe learn from it and never give enough of yourself to someone who clearly doesn’t deserve it. That’s honest advice and sometimes there is no closure. Accept that as the way it is and don’t expect it. If it’s bad enough, like if you care strongly enough about this person who ghosted you, who is probably gone for good now, it’ll hurt like hell and that’s good, because you’ll be careful next time. Learn from it.

I hate to say it, but I’m a ghoster. I do it to friends too. ON THE PLUS SIDE I might ghost and be an asshole, never go over, call text, but I just got a text from one of my best friends in life, who I’ve “ghosted” for a few reasons mostly my fault not his, he’s mixed up by default and no fault of his own, but I can’t trust. He’s too close to the bullseye, and as a matter of fact the bullseye maggots called him in 2010 to confirm if my mother died. He’s a good friend worthy of the title Best Friend saying “that was me….” and then it hit me “oh yeah, black truck honking at me today in my work truck that baffled me….” and I replied back. Lost his number with a recent phone change. So he’s technically not ghosted when I reply back right? Not completely, still not comfortable going over though.

  • You aren’t entitled to his love and affection. You sound like one of them incel guys, always whining about not getting what you didn’t earn nor deserve. You need to move on and either accept being single, or find someone who is interested in you (not him).
