I’ve been eating 3 liters (Half a gallon) of water a day.
Exercising my arms (Upper arm, arm pits) my stomach region (Stomach, hips)
And I’ve been eating 220 calories for 3 days. I already feel so tired and hungry.
But I want to be skinny enough just to fit into a cute dress, but also just so I can be happy with my body.
Everything hurts.
I keep passing out every time it goes to night, and if I get near a stove, toaster, the sun. I pass out and I can’t hear anything before that, and my vision is blurry.

But I need to do this.
I know that you can survive at least 3 weeks without food. By just drinking water.

So I have some hope?

  • just stop its not going to work you have to eat a least a thousand calories a day for you body to get fit properly. if you keep doing what you’re doing, your body will go into starvation mode in a week or so and will start keeping as much fat as possible so even though you will be loosing weight it would only be muscle
