That sucks. I hate it when I see parents crush their child’s dreams. If you’re being serious, I hope you’re taking chorus lessons and such. I don’t have any experience in that field, but I wish you the best of luck. Don’t care about what other people say, even if they’re your parents. This sounds cheesy but follow your dreams and make them real. If that’s what you want to do.
They are doing the kid a favor. So many people think if they pick up a hairbrush and sing into the mirror, or their drunk friends cheer them on at kareoke, that they’re talented.
