panic attack h**** girl back again for the 3rd time. i just realized i’m actually in the middle of a dysphoric manic episode again and i may have hallucinated or dreamt everything i confessed bc im prob psychotic atm. so basically i lied? on accident? about committing a not-crime crime? it took me throwing up my dinner from crying to realize it, but im going to go get help tomorrow once i wake up bc i’m too tired to go to the ER. i apologize to whoever i traumatized lol
