I’m trying to lose weight by starving myself and throwing up what I can’t resist. When I do and I lie to my family about it, I feel awful; but when I do eat and I can’t force it back up, I feel like a disgusting failure.

  • Drink plenty of water before you eat. It’ll help you throw up the food you just ate.
