I just impulsively cut off someone I’ve known for half my life over the Internet. We were on the way to dating and I just got this awful feeling about everything. I don’t know why, I just kinda did it. No warning or anything, I deleted my whole account I used to talk to them on the spot. I feel relieved for some reason, but I also feel ashamed. I realized I needed to focus on the real world for once and not them. I’ll find them again if I need to, but I can’t keep planning my future around them. Let’s see what happens now…
