For your mental health, you need to break it off. Staying with people you are not happy with doesn’t help you. Your LDB deserves to have you let him go so he can find someone who is just as happy with him as he is with you. Who will give him all the love back. The guy your seeing who only wants to fuck you can find a new fuck buddy, maybe one who is not looking for an emotional attachment. Would be better for him and you.
