I’ve smoked two to three packs a day for over twenty years and I simply cannot quit

The one time I tried to quit I failed!!!! I haven’t been able to smoke less than about 16-19 in a single day – and that was just my lowest ever about 4 years ago

I average closer to 43-45 cigarettes a day now… which has been that was the last 4 years

In 2014 I tried to quit and could get by with fewer than 16-17 cigs a day – even then that only lasted about 3 weeks

Before that I was really bad.. from 1998 until 2013 back all the way through at least 20 I was chronically chainsmoking 55-60 cigarettes a day – yeah a three packs a day

In 1996 I went from only smoking 1-2 cigarettes on a weekend party at high school to smoking 5 then 10 cigs a day -was smoking 15-16 cigarettes a day by age 16

Then in my senior year 1997-1998, that’s when I got to smoking 20 then 30 then 40 cigarettes a day

I guess I’ve been a two to three pack a day smoker for over twenty years now

Boy my lungs sure feel worn out for it too.. brutal stuff — always coughing and wheezing and always sick.

I cough up blood more than I want to admit

My phlegm is brown and I cough it up every hour

My smokers cough is so bad I drive my coworkers crazy

I can’t sit through a movie without needing a smoke break

My ex hated it because she said my constant smoking made it impossible for her to quit

She still smokes now too

She cries when she tries to go even an hour without a cigarette

It’s pathetic but both our teeth are rotten out and we are t even 39 yet!!

We’re still roommates because nobody else can stand out chain smoking

Honestly I Can’t even walk up a flight of stairs hardly

I know I’m gonna get lung cancer but I just can’t quit

It’s bad but I know I can never quit !!!

  • You could take up heroin. It might distract you. Only kidding. Try nicotine gum or vaping.

  • If you actually want to quit, buy the Chantix. Worked for me following the directions in 1 month. 30 years of smoking like that *poof* Never looked back.

    • Don’t you miss cigarettes though?

Like every time you smell someone smoking one of them doesn’t it just make you want to do anything for a drag?

  • You CAN quit, I did it and so did my partner. It took years of quitting and failing. We honestly ‘quit’ more than 100 times. Sometimes we’d last half a day and one time it lasted 7 months! Now we both haven’t had a cigarette in 4 years. Don’t even think of them. Our health did recover. Don’t quit quitting, one of those attempts will be it.

    • I wish I had your courage!

I just can’t bear the thought of being without my cigarettes for even an hour

That’s how pathetic I am and how addicted I am – I can’t go ansingle hour without badly needing a cigarette

Normally I have to smoke a cigarette at least every half hour

  • one word: hypnotism.

get hypnotized by a certified hypnotist, not a showman. it depends on your mind too.

plus, you can request the hypnotist to also add a special mindfuck, like, be disgusted by the taste of (insert name of food or beverage you want to quit too).

    • Hypnotism doesn’t work right on me.

The one time I was hypnotized in 1998 I started acting like a woman

      Then I pissed myself

      • haahaha, was it at a state fair? that never works, i’m talking about real hypnotists on a professional level, not an entertainer.
