I know you have a trust issue from an ex but please don’t project that onto your wife. Did she ever give you a reason to misturst her? If not, don’t mind your wife talking to other men. Please don’t become one of those over-protective husbands- don’t let your trust issue control you. You are a good man and it is very unfortunate your ex did that to you, but realize not every woman will.
You try to control her you will just drive her away. This is something you got to try and get over. Your got hurt I get it but she is not the one who hurt you. And while she will loves you enough to deal with your issues you need to change because that could change.

Ouch that hit me hard. My ex did cheat on me as well by just ”talking” with another woman.
Well, sometimes you can’t control things. You just have to accept the fact that she does what she wants.
