“No one can change the past so focus on the future”

There’s no need to dwell on it. It’s been done and you can’t take it back. However your post says that you will never tell anyone and that you feel awful. Basically that you have no intentions on doing it again. You know what you did is wrong so there’s really no need to let it drag you down. You know what was wrong and you learned your lesson so move on.
