Happened a few days ago but I cannot get over my worry and guilt so here.
This does contain s*** about periods so be warned…
I took a walk in the park and had to change pads whilst doing so at a public bathroom… There were no sanitary bins so I ripped the used pad to shreds, flushed it down the toilet, and stuffed the packaging/wrapper in my pocket. I headed out for a while longer and soon went home. When I got home I felt no wrapper in my pocket. I had this ohfuck moment suddenly realising, somewhere would be that wrapper. And someone may have found it. Someone may have realised what it was. Someone would have to put it in the bin.
I also have an endless fear that I could’ve clogged the toilet with the used pad, but shall I bother to check? F*** no!
