today i had an experience where my two friends were talking, one of them stands up, the other says, why did you stand up i was only putting my backpack on or something similar (for context, at school we are dismissed in waves) so then they say something and i don’t really remember much about the whole ordeal but right after, i feel a VERY strong sense of remembrance as if the same thing happened last week. and this wasn’t regular deja vu, it felt like just slap me in the face this happened before, no denying. however, i actually don’t know if this did happen before. does anyone know what this could be or mean?
