It sounds weird in a way but this site doesn’t always help because it can fuel your dark thoughts. I suggest being more positive every day and seeing everyone the same no matter the ethnicity, race, colour, age, gender, size and personality. Enjoy your life and it’s good you feel like you’ve done wrong because it shows you care and want to change x
