Just for some levity on this site. I approached the woman of my dreams, after 2 months of building up the confidence. I was terrified of her, as on the outside, she’s cold, collected, and appears to have a stick up her b***. I gave her a little hello, as well as a small little gift, as appreciation for something she did in the workplace that made a wonderful improvement. Turns out, I was the first and only one to congratulate her. I was the only one who went out of my way to even mention it. When I gave her the gift, I saw a smile I had never seen before… and she asked for my name, joyfully gawking over the treat I had brought her. Now I always hear her talking about me with coworkers and saying the nicest things! She always makes sure to go out of her way to say hello to me, even in the most unconventional times! I feel almost unworthy of her appreciation and affection- but she’s so amazing, and I don’t think I can handle keeping things in! Life really is full of endless possibilities! I feel so SIGNIFICANT!
