This is my first experience
I have found this fantastic Italian girl and i am from another country
She is nice,beautiful,and watches anime
Problem is I don’t know how to talk to girls
I really need some advice other than “how do you feel about her”

Just be open to her. You could tell her you don’t really know how to talk to her and that you think she’s really nice and you like her interests, maybe try to start talking about the anime you both watch and bond over that. Ask her about what she likes to do and what her interests are. I hope I was able to help a little.
