There is no need to remove the p**** to stop reproduction. Removing the scrotum with the testicles too will prevent reproduction. Perhaps that would be better than the current population reduction experiment imposed on us. The next move is to double inject young children with both a polio ‘vaccine’ and then a covid ‘vaccine’. This will kill and cripple many kids. The hospitals have already been informed to expect the adverse results.
