All i wanna do is break all of the kitchen glasses and plates. Be very loud may be cut my hands and spread the blood on the white walls. I yearn so much for the sound of delicate things breaking, i wanna throw them down with as much force as i have I think it would be a very very liberating experience.

I’d strongly suggest not doing that, instead satisfy that urge with something else examples being, hunting, practice shooting, gaming, paint ball find your passion!
