Might want to consider some therapy for this. As humiliating as it sounds, it’s better to get to the bottom of this problem with someone who cannot say a word about it. That way you don’t feel judged. We all have some weird urges but there are some things you don’t wish to keep, this probably being one of them. Good luck! Sorry that you have to go through this :/
