The nurse went out in the hall and got a Bungee cord from the maintenance cart. She tied it around his balls, then stretched it back and she let go. Good thing the door was closed because even with the plug jammed in his mouth they would have heard his shriek.
The next day his balls were black and blue. He was very cooperative after that.
