maybe sometimes you meet someone and really see them. not like when you look into someone’s eyes and you see the color of their irises and maybe how large their pupil is. you see as if you’re looking past their eyes and looking into them, their soul and seeing who they are, no explanations needed. they can say not one thing to you and you already know, you feel all of it. it can happen more than one time in a lifetime so i don’t know so much as there being anything called a soulmate. I have never tried to hold onto a person like this, have you? but always i have felt more lost when they left me. i suppose it’s an experiment if what would happen if you didn’t leave this person’s life. what then? i’m depressed when they leave and abandon me, but its something that can be filled in and i can carry on. only knowing that whatever i experience, it’s never going to equal being with them. i know it.
