CASTRATION is the cure for r***. If rapists were castrated the crime would stop.

There is such r*** culture on some campuses. We see it in Hollywood too with the ‘casting couch’ and that Harvey Weinstein. We should stop calling it s***** misconduct just because some Hollywood big shot was the one who did the r***. It’s r*** – not misconduct. You may also remember the women’s march against the President for his actions.

Now some of you men will complain that I am a crazy feminist, but that would all change if it was YOU who was raped. Or if it was your beloved mother or daughter, or wife. Or how about your little boy? Then it would all be different.

So I think that r*** can be ended when the price corresponds to the crime. The price should be physical castration. That will end the urge for most males. Without their balls they won’t need injections of depo provera. Skip the injections and just cut off their balls.

    • Ahh..got you. Long as they are raping girls it’s more ok than boys. Pretty fucked up.

  • You’re equating rape with penetration with a cock. Rape is more about power and humiliation than sex. Disabling someone through castration wouldn’t stop it.

Our justice system isn’t perfect, either. People are convicted of crimes, serve times, and later found to be innocent either with new evidence or because a witness recants their testimony. Rape is no different.

  • She’s right that too many rapists do a year or two and are let out for good behavior. Then they rape again. Society takes rape too lightly and makes excuses for it.

    • We live in a society that wants to give rapists the final say in whether their victims have the right to abort if they become pregnant following the rape.

  • Yes rapists can gain parental rights. They can sue for child custody.
It is truly absurd. The rapists stays in control over his victim’s life forever.
That’s why many victims don’t acknowledge or report the rape. It is likely to be downgraded to a simple assault rather than a rape. He may not get prosecuted at all.

He may get probation and put on depo provera to suppress his urges. To control the rapist he would have to take depo provera forever. It is much more practical to simply castrate the offender.

Since men run the world they tend to be lenient toward rapists.

  • Courts have said that castration is not reasonably related to the crime of rape and it prevents the rapist from having testosterone (after his balls are removed) so it is a cruel and unusual punishment under the eighth amendment.
    .
Apparently rape is not cruel and unusual punishment to the victim; even if she becomes pregnant or diseased. How odd that there is a different standard.
    .
Castration also violates a rapist’s constitutional rights by intruding upon the first amendment right to think about sex and to the privacy of sexual fantasies, (ah, such as RAPE maybe?) It’s not a fantasy after he has gone out and committed the rape, but the male dominated courts don’t seem to notice.
    .
The whole situation can be easily solved. Castrate all rapists.

    • And those that are convicted only to be exonerated later?

      • There may be a few in that situation which is unfortunate. The court system isn’t perfect.

        • Ah mob justice. Fuck the few poor unfortunate innocents as long as you get your pound of flesh.

          Anonymous March 7, 2019 3:51 pm Reply
          • No not mob justice. The courts (not a mob) provide a trial with extensive appeals. The mob justice is when a rapist and his buddies grab a girl and rape her. They get their pound of flesh, and may get her pregnant and give her diseases. And then they go rape again. But that’s Ok because they are males and above the law.

          • A pound of flesh? Do the balls really weigh a pound? I thought they’d be lighter.

            Anonymous March 7, 2019 4:21 pm
          • With a serious penalty in place, men would be careful to avoid “rape” situations and rape would become rare.

At present rape is lightly dismissed as a guy who just went a bit too far, [even if it’s his third or fourth arrest]. The resulting pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases are also taken lightly.
            Past due for a change.

  • I say castrate, and do it s-l-o-w-l-y. He enjoyed raping her, so let him enjoy being castrated too.

    • And those that are falsely accused?

      • Castration is only for those convicted with all appeals exhausted.

        • I think everyone should be chemically castrated until married and deemed fit to rear children after testing, psychological evaluation, and financially fit to do so.

          • Interesting. That would prevent unwanted pregnancies.

  • You know how expensive medical care is. Yet they spend tens of thousands $$ ££ to track, monitor, administer and provide depo provera to the rapist, to keep his mind off of sex and prevent erections.
    .
Emasculation is even more effective and saves all that money. Removing his balls eliminates the testosterone, sex drive and resulting erections.
    .
In addition to castration, the veins that inflate the penis can be severed to be sure that he never gets another erection. That’s the permanent solution. No need to waste money on monitoring and administering medication.

    • I think that’s a good idea. Cut the veins too. Remove the sac and balls. Problem solved.

    • You don’t need an erect cock to rape someone

      Anonymous March 7, 2019 3:49 pm Reply
      • True but that IS how it is typically done. The penis is used as a weapon!

  • Most men are never arrested or prosecuted for rape.
Yet a few men get themselves into that situation again and again. It’s only those few who would be concerned about stronger laws.

  • A paradigm shift is required in society. We need to stop teaching men that being forceful and aggressive is ok. We’ve equated this attitude with masculinity much too long, and we will never, EVER run out of rapists as long as men are taught to view women and weaker men as inferior and fair play for sexual gratification.

  • Castration doesn’t work. Rape is usually about power, control and humiliation not sex. Rapists have been physically or chemically castrated, and then gone on to attack again using an object like a bottle or a knife.

  • most often rape is about gaining power over the victim, not anything sexual. castration wouldn’t solve the hunger for power these sick individuals crave over others.

  • Give them lobotomies. Put them in mental institutions and keep them sedated.

  • I am all for castration if you could prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that they did it, however, there are many who are convicted and then exonerated later when new evidence comes to light. You can’t “undo” castration.
