join a ymca and get socially familiar with some of the boys who regulary go there. or some other oganization that attracts a young guys. maybe find friends who go to public schools to attend ball games. other than that, you’ll likely have to be the one to approach since you dont get much opportunity for boys to approach you. try the mall, game stores, behind dumpsters, ya know, wherever boys hang out. (lol) its ok to approach a boy you think is attractive, start a simple convo and ask for his number or instagram.
