No one can hide their sadness like a depressed person.
My own family did not know the sadness that consumed me for much of my life. Everyone always believed the outgoing and jovial facade I wore all the time.
But finally opening up about my inner struggle was the hardest and most rewarding experiences in my life. It has changed me, and it has made me better.
